At Le Sol Studio, we take great care in handcrafting and packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you need to return an item, please read our policy below:

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages & Issues

  • We are not liable for damage that occurs during transit, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • If you receive the wrong item, please let us know, and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
